How long will it take for my order to ship?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. During peak holiday seasons, processing may take up to 4 business days before leaving our warehouse.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain hair accessories and final sale items are non-returnable.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship our boutique styles worldwide! Shipping rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and weight of the order.

Are your hair bows sold individually or in pairs?

Product listings will specify if an item is sold as a single bow or a pair. Most of our classic grosgrain clips are sold individually so you can mix and match colors.

How can I track my package?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
