At The Hair Bow Company, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that seasonal items and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
